Our rent-to-own plans can be paid off early with no penalty, plus you actually OWN the building once it's paid off! With our flexible, easy contracts, you'll be wondering why you ever decided to rent storage in the first place!

We want your building to fit your needs. Add shutters or flower boxes, customize your paint or trim colors, add a ramp or shelves. This is your building, make it your own!
For buyers who may be financially burdened to pay cash for a building or for buyers who simply can't afford the cost of a portable building, we offer rent to own options. In a rent to own agreement, we don't check your credit, there is simply a low downpayment and monthly payments over the length of the agreement. Once all payments are complete, the building is yours!
We do not run a credit check, nor will your credit be affected by your purchase. Anyone can own a Natural State Building!
We offer free delivery for your building up to 50 miles of our Location. Normal set up is also included at no additional cost!
